Lunara Tarot readings are personalized digital products. Once generation or delivery has started, orders are generally non-refundable.

Eligible situations

A refund may be considered for a duplicate charge, confirmed technical non-delivery or materially incomplete delivery.

Requests

Contact hello@lunaratarot.com within 7 days of purchase and include the order email and transaction reference.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment provider and bank.
